Pick your tests, address and a time slot. Then tap “Confirm booking” on the WhatsApp message we send you.

Your signed report is sent as a PDF to your confirmed number. Keep it on your phone: reports are not kept on this website.

Before your test

A few simple steps help us get an accurate result the first time. Once your booking is confirmed, we also send these on WhatsApp the evening before.

Fasting testsNo food for 8–12 hours before your slot. Plain water is fine. Choose a morning slot.
Your medicinesKeep taking them unless your doctor said otherwise. Tell the phlebotomist what you take.
Keep readyYour doctor’s prescription, if you have one, and a short-sleeved shirt or loose sleeve.
Booking for family?Make a separate booking for each person. Each report is sent on WhatsApp to the number you confirm.

Questions people ask

How and when do I pay?

Pay the phlebotomist at your home after the sample is collected, by cash or UPI.

Why do I have to tap “Confirm booking” on WhatsApp?

It confirms the number is really yours, so your report reaches only you. We hold your slot while we wait and remind you once. If it is still not confirmed 1 hour before the visit, the booking is cancelled and the slot is released.

When will I get my report?

Most reports are ready the same day; a few specialised tests take until the next day. Each test shows its timing. We send the signed report on WhatsApp when it is ready.

Can I see my report on this website?

No. There are no logins or accounts for patients, and reports are not kept on this website. Your report comes to you on WhatsApp as a PDF, so please keep it safe on your phone.

Can I book for my parents or children?

Yes. Make a separate booking for each person. You can use the same mobile number, and each person’s report is sent to it on WhatsApp.

Where do I send my prescription?

Send a photo of it to us on WhatsApp, and keep the original ready for the phlebotomist.

Will there be a second visit for the after-meal sugar test?

Yes. The after-meal sugar test (PPBS), which is part of both health packages, needs a second sample after you have eaten. Our phlebotomist comes back to collect it.

Is it safe and hygienic?

Our phlebotomists use sealed, single-use needles and tubes, opened in front of you. Tubes are labelled with your booking ID before they leave your home.
