Who we are

What we collect

• The patient’s name, age and gender
• A WhatsApp mobile number
• The home address, landmark and pincode for the visit
• The tests booked, the visit time and the amount to pay
• A scrambled form of your network address, kept for one day to stop repeated or automated bookings

Why we use it

To arrange your home visit, collect your sample, send your booking messages and send your report. We do not use it for advertising, and this site has no advertising or analytics trackers.

Who can see it

Only the lab staff who need it. A phlebotomist sees only the visits assigned to them. We use these service providers to run the site and send messages:

• Supabase, which stores booking details in a data centre in Mumbai
• Cloudflare, which runs this website and its spam check
• Meta (WhatsApp), which delivers our messages and your report
• Google Maps, where a phlebotomist may look up your address for directions

Your report

Reports are not kept on this website. We send your report as a PDF on WhatsApp, only to a number confirmed by tapping “Confirm booking”. WhatsApp’s systems may hold the file for up to 30 days to deliver it, so please also keep your phone secure.

Children

For a patient under 18, a parent or guardian must make the booking and give consent.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for 12 months after the visit, and then delete them automatically. Backup copies are removed soon after. A log of staff actions stays longer, but it holds only booking IDs and staff names, not patient details.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or erase your details, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us on WhatsApp. Where the law requires us to keep a record, we will tell you.
